GUIDE TO RESTAURANTS AND CAFES IN TBILISI
MY TOP 5 PLACES TO EAT IN TBILISI
Georgia is renowned for their bread, cheese and wine. It is the home country for grapevine cultivation and considerable producer of wine. The Georgians love their bread! In fact, never have I seen so many varieties of it in one place! Georgia is rich with meat dishes and is influenced by Eastern European and Middle Eastern culinary traditions, yet have conserved their own heritage. Khinkali, Mtsvadi, Khachapuri, Kharcho are some well known traditional Georgian dishes. Apart from the ancestral Georgian cuisine, Tbilisi, capital to Georgia is a site for a profuse international cuisines including American, Indian, Iranian, Chinese, Japanese and more.
1. BURGER BAR
They offer the best burgers in Tbilisi, with the finest of ingredients. They have huge variety of burgers in their menu and choices to befit all tastes. Some of their dishes include five cheese burger, Philadelphia burger, Jack Daniels burger, buffalo chicken burger, blue cheese burger and grand burger. Their menu also proffer succulent and tasteful chicken quesadillas!
In so many ways, this burger joint is a winning formula from their burgers being full-flavored, to more generous portions and a little easy on your pocket . They also have a delivery service. They have an outdoor seating as well. Pretty tiny place with decent interiors, but you don't really come here for the ambience, you come here because of how flavorsome and tempting their burgers are! It is truly a tasty morsel!
I enjoyed delicious quesadillas and chicken wings which tasted amazing! Crisp on the outside and tender chicken inside with much larger portions. If you are a soup person, try cream soups here, especially mushroom soup, you will LOVE it! This place is full most of the times, so better make reservations before you step in! Been here two times and would love to visit again!

2. PIPES BURGER JOINT
Took a bus from Zhvania square, and got down at Rustaveli, walking through the fetching street I sauntered around umpteen restaurants and cafes. Rustaveli is definitely one of the best places in Tbilisi, and at dusk this street is dreamy. Never really realized before that Tbilisi has such pretty places to hang out by. Strolling around, finally hit on the place where I was heading to, which was a little more within the streets but effortlessly noticeable. Address : 16/8 Giorgi Akhvlediani St, T'bilisi 0108

Tasteful lunches at fancy places, what more could we ask for? Located opposite to the Rooms Hotel, Lolita offers authentic and dainty American and Georgian dishes. We ordered mac and cheese, cheese fries and hot chocolate! I had mac and cheese after ages since I came here as it is very rare in the restaurants in Tbilisi, so that was a plus! By day, a perfect spot to have lunch, by night turns around to be a chic party place! This restaurant is a little pricey but definitely worth visiting to experience the beautiful ambience.
You can easily experience the juvenile vibe this place has and their ambience is worth getting a glimpse of! Everything on their menu is appetizing and their homemade khachapuri is most recommended!
